At approximately 745pm last evening in the 1100 block of Madison St , Annapolis Police responded to a report of an armed robbery.
The adult female victim was walking in the area when she was approached by an adult female suspect known to her. The suspect asked for money and grabbed the victim’s wallet from her hand. The two began to struggle over the wallet when a third person intervened and returned the wallet to the victim.
The suspect pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim, then fled the area on foot. Officers could not locate the suspect, but have applied for an arrest warrant against her.
