
The Annapolis Police Department conducted an alcohol compliance operation of establishments that hold liquor licenses within the City of Annapolis on October 29, 2015. The inspections were conducted to assure compliance with the City of Annapolis’ liquor ordinances and liquor license rules and regulations. Detectives were joined by four 18 year old Maryland State Police Cadets. During the afternoon and evening, 100 liquor establishments were inspected and 89 were in compliance. Eleven were not:
- Crush Kitchen & Winehouse, 114 West St, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Joss Café and Sushi Bar, 195 Main St, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- The Main Ingredient, 914 Bay Ridge Rd, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Main Street Mini Mart, 222 Main St, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Maryland Inn, 16 Church Circle, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Middleton’s Tavern, 2 Market Space, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Mills Fine Wine and Spirits, 87 Main St, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- O’Brien’s Restaurant, 113 Main St, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Ruby Tuesday, 2025 Somerville Rd, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Ruth’s Chris Steak House, 301-303 Severn Av, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
- Sakura Café, 105 Main St, was cited for the service of an alcoholic beverage to an underage person.
