A woman was assaulted and robbed early Saturday morning in Annapolis’ First Ward.
The adult female victim was sitting outside in the area of Green Street and Duke of Gloucester Street when an adult male suspect approached her, pushed her head against a wall, and snatched her wallet from her hand.
The suspect fled on Duke of Gloucester St towards Church Circle.
The victim chased after the suspect and grabbed his hood, he turned, punched her in the face, and continued running.
